That, I am unsure of. Got it in a parts lot. I think the retractors in the earlier models (1971, my car), are the same bench vs bucket.

Aw I see I figure would the same for either but lap belts I was told they are different in between bucket and bench.

Maybe "google images" a bunch of 1972 interior shots and see if you can recognize a difference. That's what I did for my '71 retractors.
