This is an NOS Mopar ballast resistor (NOT a repop). The part number is 2095501. It is for Mopars up to 1972. It has never been installed in a car. I tested the resistance with my meter and 0.6 ohms was the reading. The plating is very nice and the part number (2065501) is clearly marked on top. The white porcelain is clean with no chips or marks. $110.00 and the shipping will be free from 06484. I will ship it USPS priority.
