they have newer ends on them i was thinking they were factory type. Looking for these to restore a car . Is there any factory casting # on them ?

Do you know where on the tubes to look for factory castings #'s? I've been trying to research and I can't find that they put them on any of the tubes/sleeves.

I recently took a pair off a 1970 Dodge Dart. I see no casting #s on tubes.

I can tell you that the caked on grease definitely checks out for being 50 years old. It's easier to scrape the paint off.

The tubes don't have any part numbers on them... ive sold a few nos sets and have handled lots of oem ones.

They either had a tag attached or sticker label....like exhaust tips.

I see. I can’t see why the previous owner would have ever swapped these out. This is and has always been a California car. The fossilized grease alone tells a 50-year-old story. Lonnie, I think you’ve got yourself a pretty good deal here.
