OEM Rallye Identification - No Pentastar Stamp?

I'm talking to someone who says he has a set of OEM 14 x 5-1/2 rallyes for sale. I asked him to confirm that they're not aftermarket wheels by looking for the pentastar stamp near the valve stem - he said his wheels don't have the pentastar but sent me this pic of the stamping info inside the wheel. Is this an OEM Mopar wheel, manufactured in 1973? There are OEM wheels with no pentastar stamp?

Is he looking on the correct face of the wheel? Has he removed the trim rings?

Tx Jos. See photos in post #1 above, no rings on wheel. I asked him to look for the pentastar on the outside face of the wheel, near the valve stem, and if not there, to look anywhere on the wheel.
