Daily responsibilities include: Maintaining social media websites and company websites. Monitor and improve SEO on company websites. Providing customer service via Live Chat & web communications. Handling email blasts to customers. Update eBay inventory. Work with marketing department on researching customer market trends from websites, as well as business forums. Will also serve as a backup for internet and phone sales.
