Part of my job is quoting commercial HVAC repairs and/or replacement equipment, and over two years ago I quoted a new blower wheel and bearings for a 50 ton rooftop unit, as the fan was out of balance and taking the bearings out along with it.
And then I quoted it again....
And again....
Guess what just happened?
What was (past tense) a $4,200 job is now a $7,400 job due to the additional damage caused simply because they didn't heed our advice.
Like they said in the old Fram filter commercial, "You can pay me now, or pay me later".
