Will the brackets and pulleys from and 318 (power steering car) bolt on a 273?

They should, if you do it complete. Crank pulley, and check the height of the two water pumps. A steel rule and a straightedge or square is your friend.

Depends on what year 318. Pre 70 yes, post 70 no.
