Im in the process of replacing the regulator roller. The problem is the glass came alose from the frame. It seems there is sum rubber weatherstipping holding the window in place does anyone know where I can find sum replacment or sum way to keep the attached to the frame.

You used to be able to buy the rubber new but I haven't seen any in years. Now everyone just cleans the channel out good and uses windshield urethane to glue the glass in. Make sure it's in the right place, roll the window up tight to hold it, and give the urethane 24 hours to cure and you should be ready to go.
Rather than buy a $12 tube of urethane for this little job, see if a buddy at a glass shop will let you have a tube that's mostly used up. They generally throw them away if there's just a bit left in them after installing a windshield.
