Questions on Replacing brake line tee block

I wasn't able to bleed my rear brakes on my 64 Cuda so I started disconnecting lines to see where fluid could get to. I think I'm good up to the rubber hose before the tee block that's mounted on the rear axle, but I can't get fluid to come out of the tee block at all.

I was going to order a replacement tee block but I can't find information on how to remove and replace it. There's what looks like a loose cap on it that could be acting as a retaining clip of sorts. Is it a matter of disconnecting lines, removing that clip, and then lifting it off of some post? Or should I be loosening the nut under that cap?

That cap is the axel vent on the hollow hold down bolt. Just wrench it off at the hex if a socket does not fit.
 
The runner flex line might be one piece with the block cant really tell by the pictures.
 
That hose cand be collapsed, find a pic of the hose and see if it comes with the block.
Rock auto just shows the hose. The block should clean out easily. Prob hard to find also.

Thanks! I can take a pic of the hose in a bit. It looks fairly solid, but I did not disconnect the hose from the block to verify fluid got to the tee block.

The tee block is easy to get from classic industries, 22 bucks plus shipping, but I do have a bucket of cleaning solution I can toss the tee into as well.
 
Bet it is the hose. I just looked at them at rock auto around 7 or soo then the discount thread has a 5% off code in it.
 
I would replace that rubber hose and try bleeding again. They can and will collapse. I have several in my parts stash. That T fitting looks just like the one on my 8 3/4, held on by a hollow bolt, the top is a vent cap, nut on top holds it to the housing. Nothing in there to go bad but could get debris from further up the line?

Easy enough to remove and clean.
 
Thanks folks. I've ordered a new hose from rock auto for 10 bucks shipped since that's likely the issue and I'll take the block off and clean it up. Y'all are great and I'll probably end up coming back more often!
 
So I was having trouble getting one of the compression fittings out of this block. I bolted it back to the axle and got my flare wrench on it and it wouldn't budge. Rounded it off so I took some vice grips and tried, still wouldn't budge. I ended up putting enough force onto it that it snapped the hollow bolt.

Is there a name for those hollow bolts? Can't seem to find them on rock auto or classic industries.
