Quick dashpad question

A dashpad out of a '73 Valiant 4 door will work on a '73 Duster won't it? Also, what's the best way to remove it?

yes
remove the gauges, radio, glove box, and heater controls if you can. bolted on from the back with 3/8 nuts and a couple Phillips screws at the ends
