So my wife and I go to the beach a lot. Cooler full of beer , chairs, ect: Well she walks way down the beach where it's lesss crowded. I'm getting old and have a bad back so I grabbed a Power wheels Quad from the trash and a Radio Flyer wagon for $20 on CL. I have access to good 7AH batteries. Still in process but will have the wagon handle with a push button, fused relay, and an adjustable speed controller. Now I can load it for the beach or put my tools in it and roam the Pick and Pull

Brilliant idea! Are you gonna make a side or rear rack to hang the chairs on? Maybe something like is on the back of golf carts? Does the power wheels quad thing have a way to put it in neutral if the batteries give out, so you could pull it if needed?
I've been thinking about making something similar for our place at the beach. It will be dedicated to just haul cooler, chairs, umbrellas, and the bag with all the towels and wife's junk. If I could find a drive motor that would run off a 12V lawn mower battery, I would add an extendable mast with a solar charger on it. Looking forward to your updates!

Yes, I plan on making an attachable rack for beach chairs with hooks for beach bags, Future thoughts are Port charger for phone, back up solar charger. The battery I use is 3x7x7. Shouldn't need the charger but you never know. If it dies it can still be pulled but would be a PITA.
