Don't look that bad to me. The grounds look better than the electrodes, so they could be on the cold side. What number are they?
 
Slightly carbon-y.

Cold or slightly rich?
 

Looks really inconsistent to me. That's my primary concern. Second is the carbon. seems excessive.
