I picked up a complete rear defroster unit to put into my 73 Valiant 4 door off ebay. It was all in great shape and I have the switch and wiring. After I got it I noticed that the slot in the back metal deck is missing and is not like a Dodge. I believe I can modify the metal deck to make the unit work but wondering if the blower style defrosters for Plymouth are a different style and I need to look for a different one and try and sell the one that I got. Anyone have pictures or diagrams of the rear deck defroster system that I can use to sort out the system. Looks like the blower unit goes on the drivers side speaker hole and the rear speaker is on the other side from the paperwork in the kit. Any help would be great, Thanks Mike.
