rear side windows

Are the rear roll down windows supposed to roll all the way down into the body?
I just put new fuzzies on and the window rolled down under it and ripped it off.

I would say the down stop might be a little too low, but depending on the car I have not seen them stick up more than flush

I've read horror stories on the new fuzzies. They might not be accurate repops and "grabbing" the window instead of "wiping " it.
