I've got a 1970 dodge dart with a 7 1/4 rear end. I recently converted the front to disc brakes brining it to a 4 1/2" bolt pattern. The rear is still a 4" small bolt pattern. I need help with the rear wheel and tire combo I am switching to 15" wheels to clear the front disc brake set up. What can or should I run for a 15 inch rim, width? And offset?band what tires will fit without any modifications?

The front I ordered 15" diameter 6" wide with 3.75" of back spacing. Is this correct as well?

To clarify small bolt pattern in rear with a 7 1/4 rear end and big bolt pattern in front with disc brake conversion

I had 15x7s with 4 1/4" BS and 255/60-15s on my '69 Dart. Looks like this was already answered on the M&H Racemaster thread.
I'm just curious...a 7 1/4" rear with drag radials? And two different bolt pattern sized spare tires?

Just get some wheel adapters to go from sbp to lbp on the rear. Have them on my demon with 15x7 rallye wheels and 275/60r15 bfg radial t/a

What size did you use on the front?

Exactly the same here. 225/60-15. I tried 235/60-15 and they would rub somewhere all the time. So I think if you want to modify nothing, the 225 is the right size tire.

225 is the max and is close. 205 or 215's clear w/o issue. And are easier to steering if you have manual steering.
The stock 5.5x14 inch rims do clear the calipers. I wont be able to measure BS until tomorrow for you though.

I'm not sure of the wheel well differences between '69 and '70 so take your chances.

69_340_GTS- Not sure if you have a typo. Mine were 255/60-15.

ChichliDart-I posted a link to my original setup. My fronts were 14".

Rocky-The 255s had about 1/2-3/4" clearance with everything stock. I have clearance pics if needed.

Sorry, I misread. The biggest tire I can get on the back (or front) of my '69 Dart with basically stock suspension (just Super Stock springs in back) is a 225/60-15. I have no idea how some people (like you) fit bigger tires than that on them without modifying something.
