Bronze Barracuda

So here are some pictures.
July 12th 2019 I took some pictures of my f250 to put on Craigslist. On August 14th I went to look at a Barracuda some guy wanted to trade me for. (Which I did). Less than 2 weeks later my 15 year old son came upstairs early in the morning, and asked me to take him to the Dr. Office, it was a Sunday. We ended up going to emergency he had a sore leg, that unknown to me or his mom had been sore for a couple months, but this day he was having trouble walking. After some blood work and imaging, we discovered he had Ewing's Sarcoma, a childhood cancer. Life was put on hold... Going back through pictures today. Lots of pictures at Vancouver Children's Hospital. 7 months of chemotherapy. Sugery at Christmas time, spent Christmas in children's with him, very ill from the chemo and surgery, continued on with chemo till April then radiation in May. Got all his imaging back after all his treatments, chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation... No detectable cancer!!!
Today at 7:30 I picked him up from his first job ever, making pizzas at a local pizza shop. He limped out to the car after a 4 hour shift. Standing on his good leg for most of it. He said his leg is sore from standing, well I guess so kid! One proud dad for sure!
For a bodies only has been a great distraction for me personally through this. My kid likes turbo cars and 4 doors. I like my barracuda.
Thanks everyone at FABO.
