What freedoms have I lost

1. half the world hates us now and we have more emenys than ever.

2. Slowy but surely the courts-with the jugdes Bushie pick-are going to ban a womens right to decide if she like to keep her baby or not. Even though I am a guy its going to change my life

3. tThe police-once agian thanks to the jugdes he picked-have more power than ever. Now they need not even to knock on your door if they have a warrent-which is getting easyer and easer for them to get now-the police can just bust right in your house not even wait 5 seconds.

4. I can not fly as easy as before-ok I do know why, but why did it take 9/11 to get locks put on cockpit doors. And maybe if he was not on a month long vaction 7 months on the job 9/11 might have been stop before hand.

5. What about all the thousands of women and children thought out the middle east who are now dead thanks to Bush and the needless wars.

6. Health care keeps going way up same with gas so I have less money to spend and Bush has no plans to try to change it at all.
All he wants is more tax cuts for the super rich and big business

Look I do not want to fight and hope this thread dies tonight or soon after. I am sure we could get this way out of hand so I hope and ask that it will not.

when has the more than 50 percent of the world liked us? the us has always been envyed, hated, or looked down upon. goes back to the colonial days. the english , native americians , and mexicans all hated us. so what has changed. different times produce different enemys. nothing new here.

won't touch the court thing. i could go on and on.

police thing. i have no problem with. if they have a warrent for me they can come and get me. if i have something i did, arrest me. i have nothing to hide so i need not worry about anyone coming to my door. if my neighbor has a meth lab nextdoor and i don't know about it but the cops do. bust the door down and get them!

flying thing, well if you can't understand what lead up to 9-11 then you have missed the boat and bought into the liberal media. history again repeated itself here. how much warning did we have before the pearl harbor attack? we still ignored that as well.
death in war? needless? well war is war. there is no sanitary way of fighting. deaths will happen. what about world war 1? we fought in that war. we were never attacked by germany. how many died then needlesly? what about korea? vietnam? again war is war. there are no rules. there is and always will be war somewhere in the world. it is a fact of life. no war is ever a good thing.

tax cuts? the per child deduction has gone from 500 per to 1000 per. this affects all classes of people. i know that i get more back now each year than i did before 2000. i'm not rich. health care going up. well yes! when you have everybody going to the emergency room for colds, stumped toes, back aches ect...this costs the insurance companies big bucks to pay these crazy claims. people now are soft. they can barely fend for themselves. this the i want it now and want it fast generation. we are a victum of our own creation. so to get it now and get the service deople demand you must pay for it.

this is the only thing i will say on this. belive what you want. buy into the liberal media if you will. the news media is the worst garbage you can listen to. common sence needs to prevail. do your reasearch. learn what the real facts are. they are not on tv or in the papers. i pray for all of us. we will need it! now KILL THIS SICKNING THREAD AND LET'S TALK MOPARS!!!!!!!!! Guys, if a Chevy lover can't stand us Mopar nuts, it's not due to Lee Iacoca's regime or any current President of Daimler.... it's due to a difference in "ideology"......... one brand against another...... a mindset for most.

Now perhaps that Chevy guy's Dad was a Chevy man, and he was raised that way........or maybe he picked up that 'love' in his teen years.... it matters not. He loves Chevies, and that's IT.

You can blame Bush for our troubles until all the Mopars are in the stall, but it won't change a blessed fact of the matter...........and that is that our present enemy hates us NOT due to Bush, or even previous Presidents or their policies........they hate us because we're FREE (they want us in bondage to their laws....they want the world just as Hitler wanted it), and because we're the last ally of Israel..... it's our ideology..... our mindset.

They follow after an ideology that teaches hate......their God has commanded our death if we will not bow to him........and be reminded that Bush had nothing to do with the previous 2 world wars either (to our previous writer, I think they count as a great deal more destructive than anything we've seen under Bush).......he just happens to be President for the start of the third.

Honestly guys, I LOVE this country......because after all of our opinions have been aired here in this forum, no secret police are going to storm in and shut my computer down and throw me into a dungeon for speaking my mind......and no one man, not even Bush, has the power to take us to war on a whim or a fancy, thank God (it was voted on by Congress and approved)..........and despite our wranglings here, I'm not going to hate any other Mopar brother for speaking his mind either, even if it differs from mine.........that's FREEDOM.

I LOVE freedom...... and I thank God for the opportunity to live here, in the USA, where I'm still free to speak my mind and drive my Mopar.......and I'm going to VOTE for those who will defend our freedom and our nation from all those who would bring it down.

Remember what I said about your cars.......there are those who will stop at nothing to remove them from the roadways once and for all......they see them as great polluters and gas guzzlers, outdated and unsafe for the highways.......each year, more legislation is coming our way to shut us down........be alert, because we ALL can make a difference, IF we stand as one on this issue.

Do some research on your rep's in Congress, and see what it is they stand for.......with the worsening of the oil problems around the globe, we need strong allies in Washington. VOTE...and thank God you have the freedom to do so.

They would have quite a fight on their hands. We put more time into our cars, and their safe compaired to most out there. They would have to come up with some kind of Grandfather claws for us. If mine go's...so does all of Jay Leno's, and, and, and......

Ya I agree, it's Cerwin fault. Hey you guys gotten flooded out on the west coast yet, it sounds pretty bad out there.

I do want to make a comment on the freedoms we enjoy and politics in "general". I'm sure that there a great many members on FABO that have traveled the world and seen some things that would scare the hell out of most people living in either USA or Canada. I for one am dam glad I live in a country where I can speak my views on politics etc. (a true democracy) and not have to worry about a knock on the door and disappearing forever or worse yet harm coming to my family. I've personally worked in those countries and on more than one occasion have looked for listening devices in my hotel room. I know one thing for sure, the majority of the citizens in my country have no idea how good we've got it.
It's up to every one of us to ensure that we don't loose those freedoms or else, well some people are better off not knowing how bad it can get.

See for yourself what's going on out there off the continent, it's a real eye opener next chance you get tell CNN and the CBC to go to hell.
