I have purchased numerous auto parts from Rock Auto in the past, with great results.
I'm pleased with their service.
Anyway, i will be returning a core brake caliper to them, and it will be the first time that i have ever had to send back a core to them.
My question is, how do they refund the core charge back to you, and how long did it take for them to refund the money back to you?
I paid for the parts thru Pay Pal, and would they be putting the core charge money back into my account?
Or will they be mailing a check to me?
I sure lots of other members have gone thru this before me, but it's my first, so appreciate someone taking the time to reply to my question.
Thank's in advance.

I believe there core return policy is on there website. I remember seeing it before. Go back and see if you can find it. It might tell you what you need to know.

I've sent them back cores and the refiund was recieved less then two weeks after it went out. I paid with a CC and they credited my card. I would have to imagine that they would credit your PP account.

BTW, love the Phantom in your tagline. What a machine.

Refunds typically take about 5 business days to be issued. Providing us with a return tracking number will ensure a faster refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as you paid, (i.e. Credit card payments will receive credit to the same card used to place the order). You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

I found this under parts "returns," but it doesn't really say about "cores".
I guess it should be the same thing, wether it's a regular parts return, or returning a core to them.
Most likely, the core charge money, will go back into my Pay Pal account.

Do they have a phone number listed? Sometimes we forget that phones exist.....stupid as it sounds, I have. lol
