Question on rocker panel replacement. It looks like the front of the outer rocker can removed by drilling the spot welds and dropping it down from the door post structure and the rear of the rocker needs to be drilled out and also cut lengthwise just above the boxed in area from the door opening to the quarter panel . Is that correct?
