Couple Question on the RPM Air Gap

Clearance issues, 69 Dart Flat Hood Edlebrock Carb what are you guys using for Air Cleaner and How much Clearance *I've seen the reverse offset base but doesn't fit the Edlelbrock carb?

Also the Heater Bypass is a 1/4 thread need to go to 5/8 Heater hose fitting, other than redrilling what else is an option?

Thanks

I had to use a drop base air filter base with a K&N top plate with my Holley. If you look up mopar heater hose on feebay there are a few different ones that may not require drilling.

I have looked everywhere for a fitting can't seem to find it.

I am the only one who has run into this with the small thread for the heater hose fitting ?

Somebody has to make something, I called edelbrock and they were clueless on both issues.

I made my own fitting, welded a 1/4 thread to a 5/8 hose fitting O:), and used a standard chrome air breather on a holly carb.

My 73 and all LA SBMs use a 1/2 heater hose of the top of the intake manifold and 5/8 from the water pump. One nipple of the same size to heater core.
