Seat Belt Set ID

I believe these are for a 71 Duster with bucket seats. If so what else will it fit? Any help would be appreciated. Do I have a full set front and back? Just front, just back? Found the following numbers on the belts:

Seat belts can be difficult IMO.....I think your last set of #'s in each group refers to the week produced :-k

14th week of 71

16th week of 71

11th week of 71

I'm not sure when retractors were introduced, so I'll just watch for add'l info!!
