serial # decode 318 truck engine

Can someone decode my 318 truck engine serial # M318 04100098 from a Ramcharger. (Was told it had 302 heads, and was told it was a roller block also). Have not checked on those things yet.
I just wanted to look up the factory compression ratio, for the correct engine year. Thanks guys.
