The shift linkages I had planned on using for my 4 speed is to short. I guess I thought they were all the same. My question is, can I use the shifter I have right now with my a body 4 speed and just get different linkages? Or do I need an entirely different setup?

I've got the linkages for a overdrive 4 speed but not the shifter. Could I use these on the shifter I have?

Ok, I have more info. the shifter I have is an inland shifter off a 66-68 b body. Can I use my overdrive linkages to make this set up work? I saw an inland shifter for a bodies on ebay. Are the linkages the only differience?

Semper Fi! I think you may have a B/E-body 4 speed with A-body linkage. The inland shifters were JUNK! I have regular smallblock 4 speed rods on an overdrive 4 speed. Go to Bigblockdart.com for more info on how to make this work "if" that's what you have. I may be wrong.
