so it has a 198 tramp stamp
manual choke no pcv ....
have no idea what year the engine is
had a oil bath carb and no pcv valve cover
run like crap had funky compression in #3
took the head from my parts truck that i believe was the oe 225
had hardened seats done new springs ...pulled the engine
when i pulled the vc found 2 bent push rods
tore the head off put new head on .. bores are clean can still see x hatch ... didn't measure bore ...don't care too much
so bought another parts truck this is a 65 ...needed exhaust mani...heat riser is rotted out but no cracks
so its all back together now i need to think about a carb with a pcv port and would like to find one with an electric choke
all i want is something to drive and not have to f-with after its done
ill post picks of the dist/electronic ignition i bought if its any good
thats the little jerk blasting ....boy did he piss me off today .....still love the little f-er

Originally the /6 (all of them I believe, though the actual choke coil changed design over the years) had the remote choke in the manifold with the rod to the choke butterfly.
Were you wanting a self contained choke built into the carb itself?? (AKA the "black dial" on the side of the carb housing itself). Or you could always do a hand choke....
Not sure what you're wanting

Was hoping they had a electric choke carb
I have my carb off the 65 I think that has a pcv port
The one on mine doesn't....
