Those who have seen the thread here about issues with my temp sending unit know that I replaced mine with an OER unit from Summit during a complete cooling system rebuild and the temp gauge didn't work. I went to NAPA and got a new echlin sensor and the gauge works perfectly. I just called Summit Racing's Customer service line and told them about the fail. The guy apologized and immediately refunded the purchase on the spot. No hassles, no "send us the part and we will decide if it was bad", just a refund on the spot. Who could ask for more? (except a functional unit in the first place - but that's not Summit's fault)
 
Yup. I've seen people bash Summit for one reason or another, but they've always done right by me.
