? size tires/rims on your 67-69 Dart? Lets C m/Im buyin

These rims for my 67 Post car this monday and want to fill up the tire wells out back but am not sure what I want up front.Not sure what fits and what size is normal or stock backspacing either, any ideas? 4.50 is that stock?

Also what size do you have out back in your darts? I have SS springs, so its going to be raised a bit. A stock A body 8 3/4 out back too, 323 gears.

I was thinking 15x8 out back with poss 265s and 235 up front on 7 inch??? am I close?

I hope someone will chime in on the rear combo because I'm curious myself. I currently have 15x7 with 4 1/2" backspacing and a 235 tire. I would like to go with a 255 but it sure looks tight. On the front stock rally wheels have a 4 1/4" backspacing in the 7" width. Be sure to watch your tire diameter on the front. Other wise if they are to big they will rub the front edge of the fender. That sure is a good looking wheel.

I posted this question for my 67 Dart not too long ago and I ended up with a set of Weld Draglites that are 15 x 8 with 4 1/2" BS & 15 x 6 with 3 1/2" BS. The tires suggested were 255 60's & 215 60's. But some said the 245 60 ia a better choice because the 255 really puts the tire close to the leaf springs.
