Slipping under power

My A833 4 speed the clutch slips when it is under power. Under hard acceleration(don't do this often) or when going uphill in a high gear. It won't be long before I am taking the car apart but in the mean time is it possible it is out of adjustment or is the clutch failing. If it is just adjustment what is the best way to adjust.

Sounds like the clutch disk is shot. Are Barracudas clutch was shot and when we took it out for a test ride it slip a lot under hard acceleration and also in 4th gear up a hill.

Thanks I figured as much. I was planning on replacing it when I took the car apart anyway.
