I recently bought some small block headders at a swap meet for a decent price, was planing on modifying till they fit but curious if anyone knows what they are for, only ones I can find that are close on google are early dougs or tti's

I can't recall if CPPA, pre tti, headers had slip together SB headers.

They look like tti without the step which make me think CPPA

I agree. They look just like TTI's without the step design, so they pretty much have to be CPPA, which morphed into the TTI name at some point. They are designed for a 67-76 A body, so you should be good to go. I don't remember if those headers require a 90 degree oil filter adapter or not, but maybe someone else knows. Good score!

Nice, oil filter adaptor isn't a huge deal, hopefully they clear my powerstearing box.
Thanks for the insight, always a pleasure asking things here

You could look on TTI's website to check for PS clearance, but I bet they will. You should be able to change the starter without removing the header in the future, if need be, but I would remove it to install the headers. Keep the exhaust studs on each end of the heads. They go into water. Use the cup washers back on those.
