smog 440

this is my first bigblock with my smallblock exp i'am use to
a low compression engine sounding like a low compression engine ( not very throaty)
but this engine which is a 78 440 after a headman header install and 3 inch exhuast system this thang sounds like a beast
my question is do these low compression engine sound good

all 440s sound good with dual exhaust.... especially with open headers LOL

My question is how it will perform? I am currently thinking of putting a
winnibago 440 in my duster and was wondering.?

Won't be the greatest,but still cubic inches.Don't put a huge cam in it.Need to start a thread,of it's own.List trans/gear ratio/stall ,if auto equipped.State what you are expecting from it.That way,you get full,accurate responses.Have seen low comp 440's run low 13's,high 12's,properly set up.
