Some cool old photos Part 1 (Hyper pack & Corvairs)

I stole one of my dads old photo albums. I will steal some more the next time Im out there.

My dad had a one of none Corvair Spyder station wagon lol. All the pics were taken in and around the Seattle and Bellingham, WA areas sometime before I was born.

The wrecked Spyder gave up all its gutts and emblems so they could go into the wagon.

The goofey guy next to the red furd is an old friend of my dads. The brown turd was the first new car my mom ever had and the little girl next to the brown turd is my older sister (by 9 years).

Old 32 that my dad was building. If you read Rod and Custom you may recognize the pink hood,sides,and grill shell. If not wait for the next few issues there will be a write up on the car that they belonged to.

Great collection of old pictures!!!! Keep them coming. You might want to get them scanned. That way they will exist for ever, you can e-mail them and they won't deteriorate.
Your a lucky guy. My dad's passion was model trains. He made a bunch from scratch.
And I had a 66 Turbo Corvair back in the mid 70's. Bright Metallic Blue and I put some Vette Rallye wheels and fat tires on it. Nice highway cruiser.
