I teach a Sunday school class at my church (4th through 6th grade)

Each week I have one "quiet seat price"
It is just a little something for the kid that behaved the best, or showed to most improvement, you know, to keep em interested

Anyway, a few weeks ago I had bought a little hooded blanket, and to be fair I was worried they thought it would be a little too childish for them, but they loved it and asked me to get more of them
So I went on ebay and found a lady who had a few of them for sale

I send her a message and we worked out a deal for 3 of em

At the end of our messaging back and forth she said "thanks for the sale, and I hope your children will enjoy them"

So I said thanks, and explained how they were for my sundayschool class

A few days later I got my box from her...but there is only one in there

Then a second box arrived, with the 3 I bought
So I looked over the first box again and found this note

I thought that was pretty sweet

I've got to be honest, that was a pleasant surprise. I thought you we're going to post something about getting duped, but I'm glad this was the outcome. Simply amazing. I also wonder how many other 27 year olds can read cursive lol

Yeah, it was very encouraging

I intend to read the letter to my class when I show them the prize...maybe I should bring in a chocolate bar for whoever can read it

That's pretty cool. I love her old school penmanship too.
