Ok I have this brkt and I also have plate that holds glass. It looks like just the cables hold plate onto the pivot pin on the bracket.

Looks to me like you will need new cables then glue new mirror over top but I don't know if you can buy new cables? You are welcome to these pieces for cost of shipping.
