I need to replace the core support on my 65 cuda and wondering if anyone can tell me the best way to drill out the spot welds because a regular drill bit sucks!!!!!!!
Any suggestions?????

A lot of folks just use a grinder. That's ok if you're not lookin for accuracy or not gonna use the part you're takin off again. If you want a real neat job, this is what I use.

It's called the Hougen Rotabroach Kit. Part number 11075 is fractional sizes. Part number 11077 for metric.

Here it is: http://www.ohiopowertool.com/P-458-...mall-cutter-kit-11075.aspx?CAWELAID=435423390

I like this style:

The hole saw style works well, I have nothing against them and have both styles in my box. But if you're not use to working with the hole saw style and let them walk on the panel they'll break teeth.
