so i finally finished wiring up my car and tried to start it today. it wouldnt even turn over. so i tried to hotwire it and guess what, turned over like a champ. so i figured that the starter relay is fried. i took it apart and its not fried, its rusted. i guess that happens to em after 15 years of sitting outside. anyway my question is: does the neutral safety switch have to be wired up for the car to start? the car is a 67 barracuda with a late model 318
