Strange Intake on a 318

Hey guys,
I just left a u pull it place and found an 81 D150 with a 318. The strange thing is it had a 4v Manifold. Did Dodge put this on the 318 trucks in the early 80's or is this something some one added? I put a picture of the casting numbers with this post.

Yup. It's factory. the 318 had 4 bbl carbuertors well into the 80s on cop cars and such. They actually used rochester quadrapukes.

yup but quadrajunks didnt start showing up til 85; til then was the T quad. My 81 W 150 w/a 318 came from the factory that way and I still miss that particular truck....
