Stripping the dash trim

Looking for the best way to strip the dash trim to prepare for the new overlay....

Dawn dish soap and warm water and a red scotch brite pad.

Easy off oven cleaner is what I used. But, I took all the lenses off the bezel before I did that.

I used the carbon fiber inlays from DMT and bought the white gauge face decals on eBay. I did the silver with Molotow silver paint pens. I bought the 3 pack-the fine one was about worthless and the widest one was too wide. Did most of mine with the middle width one.

I like it.

Josh ordered the woodgrain look from DMT. That way it will still match the door panels.
