I am in the process of tearing down the transmission for my 71 Dart project. I have completed the case teardown and I have found something I am unsure about and haven't found a good answer yet. After removing the inner race for the overrun clutch, I found that several of the tabs that hold the springs against the rollers were bent. I have no history on this tranny, so I have no clue what might have happened, or even if the trans was working normally prior to my teardown. In the pic (sorry, it is difficult to see), some of the tabs were bent from a torsional force in the clockwise direction, circled in red. Those circled in green were bent in the direction of a counterclockwise direction. Can these tabs be straightened without issue or do I need to replace the cam? Thanks in advance for your help!

Jim
