OK 2nd thread, started to reassemble the 1bbl 1920 for my dart and the vacuum stem diaphragm appears to not be engaging no matter the position of the choke lever. It is like S bend and even if I push choke all the way open or all the way closed it does nothing to the vacuum stem. Do I need to shorten the S linkage? At what point should the vacuum stem be moving out? when choke is open or closed?
