The Gold Pearl in my Paint on a Sunny Day vs. a Cloudy Day

Tequila Sunrise! I thought if I went full on racecar that I’d fix the rough edges and paint just the lower 2/3’s red and keep the orange pearl top…
Prolly end up pink and give it to my daughter. Who knows

The shots with shadows are the best sometimes and you got the Aurora shot! I’m green with envy.

Actually I see the Aurora on the wet driveway whenever I pull it out lately!

Just thought I'd share a comparison photo that shows the power of the extra gold pearl that I added in the paint. On a cloudy day, it's hard to even see the color fade from front to rear. But on a sunny day... POW!
The car is mostly Hemi Orange with tons of extra gold pearl added. The front color is a newer Dodge color called Header Orange, also with tons of gold pearl added. I painted it in my garage.
I never get tired of pulling it outside on a sunny day.

Mica will do that, more reaction to straight sunlight. Aluminum flake don't need direct sunlight. What i noticed anyway. But I really like that! Nice job.
