These wheels are a good option??

I was thinking about what wheels put on my Duster...of course ther are a bunch of different models and prices...I particular like the trust D from American Racing but they are expensive in my opnion...I just found these OE Wheels...they looks like American Racing Wheels but are cheaper...my Duster has drum brakes...I don`t think it`ll be a problem...and stock suspension...my two questions are:

1 - Can I use these wheels with the stock suspension?

2 - Which size will fits better?
17x10.5
or
17x9
or
Black 17x8

Now I now exactly what size to buy.. my car is orange with black stripes and I`m just painting my hood mattle black, those wheels will looks great !!!
