Timing covers and water pumps

Do later passenger side aluminum water pumps fit on an early iron pump driver side timing cover?

Yes. But you won’t have the timing mark in the correct location.

You can change the damper to fix that. Of course there are hacks for that but I just use the correct part.

Geoff at Ledfoot racing swapped out the radiator like it was no big deal. It was my mistake.
