To flock, or not to flock, that is the question......

Regarding quarter glass leading edge seals, I cant tell if my 70 Swinger is flocked or not, I think so, but they are pretty worn.
What do you other 70 Swingers owners have?

I actually did it. Are you doing them on the door? That is what I did because getting them off and saving them is hard to do.

I put the window down and tape up the chrome bead. Then applied the adhesive carefully not to get it on the sweep part . Put the window up and apply the flock . I used an old salt shaker with a metal top and the holes drilled bigger . Let it sit and blow the access off with light air pressure. It looked good when done but the look didn't last as long as I thought it would.

And yes I did do a lot of Ken dolls for my wife over the years . They were done for show appearance not to be played with.

Mine has it on the quarter glass rather than the door. So you manually applied the flocking? You can buy it with the flocking already applied also. Now its fun just to say flocking..hahahha
I can just imagine your wifes reactions if someone was to play with one!
