Hey
I have a 68 cuda a 727 torqueflite and about to drop in a big block
I need a complete kickdown linkage setup
The linkage absolutely MUST be installed first due to the tight fit of the headers.
Anybody know a source for the setup?
I would really appreciate it

Before they were being reproduced it took me years to find an original set and they do not need to be installed first. My ‘69 cuda 440 had TTI 2” headers and I installed the kick down linkage with minimal modifications.

I just did a 67 Barracuda with a 440/727 and I used the Lokar kit it turned out nice. Customer car is gone, or I would take some pictures for you.

Ty everyone for the info
I forgot to mention
I’m using a b and m starshifter
Will that b an issue with using a lokar kit together?

The car I just did had an old B&M Promatic shifter so I would think you will be just fine!

I figured the brackets will attach just fine
What’s really lame is the lokar tech told me the top bracket is made only to attach to the driver side 4 barrel rear carb stud.
It said it won’t work w 6 pack
I think THEIR bracket won’t work and that something could b made. Unfortunately I don’t have their bracket to look at
Anyone out there running this kit w a 6 pack?
