Tranny cooling lines

Can you move the cooling lines from the drivers side to the passenger side on a 727 Tranny? I'm putting in a lokar shifter and I'm running in fittment issues

Sure you can, just keep them away from heat or moving parts and you'll be fine.

You can route them that way by going under the trans at the back of the pan and the same in front of the pan, but you can't physically have the fittings on the passenger side.

I just dropped my engine/transmission in my car in 102° heat.
Had to raise it back up because I forgot to lay the damn transmission lines in there...I have the one that goes around the sway bar. Never again.
What are you guys using for flexible trans lines?
Thinking about braided PTFE...Any good cheap sources besides Summit and Jegs?

This is where I bought my ptfe tranny lines: AN Fittings and Stainless Steel Lines

Between the lines and fittings, cost sure does add up, but once they're done, you shouldn't have to touch them for a really long time.
