Transmission guy, need your advice please

Hello, what would you suggest for a overhaul kit for a 89 4x4 700r4/4l60.

i was thinking of this kit

# 74009B-BS Complete Service Kit, 700R4, 1987-93

is this a decent kit,

what about the sun shell? if the OEM looks good reuse it or replace with what? the beast? and OEM replacement?

also what about the front sprag?
if it looks good re-use or replace it? i have heard re-place if it has 50k miles or more? will one from a 4l60-e work?

now for the vette servo, this kit comes with one.. is it a waste? or a good idea,,

i was also looking at thi#K17. You get a stock Alto 700R4 master rebuild kit, oversize .500" Mega Valve, a Corvette servo plus an Alto Red Eagle band and filter. What this kit has that a stock 700R4 transmission doesn't have is the Alto Red Eagle band and an oversize pressure valve that is .029" larger than the largest factory valve. ok let me ask you this, if this was a mopar trans would go with oem clutches or the better high energy type clutches..
