I've been trying to locate my old 1966 Barracuda for about 10 years now and have gotten nowhere. And I do not have a very good hand to start with - I don't have my old VIN number, and I lost track of it in 1972. So all I got are the details of the car as I had it back then, 40+ years ago. I've been checking ebay and Craigslist obsessively to see if it shows up. I realize it has likely been scrapped out and turned into a Toyota but still, I search.
So if anyone has ever come across this car, or known of it in the last 4 decades, please update me so I can focus in on my search or give it up as a crushed A-body dream.
The details: A blue 318 engine w/2barrel (rod let go in the original 273). A true Formula S car, citron gold exterior and black vinyl interior. No air, no console. I added a Hurst shifter and white Gabriel air adjustable rear shocks. That's all I got. If you can, please help a poor boy with his dream.
