Good used original Tuff wheel adaptor. Needs cleaned and repainted. Original horn wire intact. Special original nuts to attach wheel are included. Can is not bent like most from improper removal. This is a car version not the truck. This one fits unlike the Chinese version $110

Parts are located in SE PA.
