So it's coming up to my girlfriend's birthday, and I'd like to put some work into her car for her, and get it running a little better (hopefully). It doesn't run bad, just hiccups (not quite backfires, but definitely missing on a cylinder or two occasionally).
What's involved in a good ol', proper tune up? It's a 64 valiant (273 V8). Wires are relatively new, but figure I'll throw some new plugs at it, and what else?
I'd also like to replace the intake gasket as it leaks a bit of oil up top somewhere. A carb rebuild is going to be in process once I get some pics and post up on another topic I have going to confirm what carb she's running.
What kind of plugs should I use in her?
