Picked up the new for us rig today. First time driving something like this and no issues. Only 30k on a 8.9 400HP Cummins pusher. Rig is well kept. Pushed the 5ver back as far as I could get it and it now looks like the coach is pulling it. Funny internet shot it could be!

If you are looking for a 36 foot 5th wheel this is a nice rig, every option but generator.

Not in the market but the fiver looks a lot like the Cedar Creek 36 RLTS We full timed in. Congrats on the nice Pusher. If I had it to do over I would have bought a Pusher to full time in.

The 5ver is a Montana 10th anniversary 3000RK and fully loaded short of the generator but is prepped for it. Been a very good rig and has the remote control and all the 10th anniversary upgrades including rear camera. Short of the decal issue it had served us well. We have all the new decals but have not put them on yet.

The pusher is a new deal and a learning experience! It should work out just fine for us and ready to tow the car hauler and car for those long distance shows like Carlisle!

Well that was a fun 2 weeks to Florida for T’Giving. Went to bed early before the trip and the text messages kept waking me up. Finally looked and Mom had fallen and broke her wrist.

Made the trip more urgent but all went well. Almost 10mpg on the trip down to Florida. Arrived safely then things went down hill quickly.

My cousin was checking out our coach and jumped up out of the pilot chair only to bang his head hard on the newly installed 40” TV. Busted his head and Tv. Only a Tv and no biggie, the exact model replacement was not the same though! Fortunately our family friend is an ex shop teacher and had all the shop tools and Cherry wood to exactly match the cabinets to rebuild the cabinet to fit the new TV in. thankfully my cousin is fine.

Rest the time went fairly well short of Mom’s surgery as it was hard on her. 10 breaks and lots of metal and pins. Finally got out on Friday this week to head home. Stopped in Cordele to dump the tanks and it got bad fast. First the coach blew chunks all over me and the bay, but got it cleaned up and soldiered on.

As I nearly finished cleaning up the mess all the sudden “Boom” and rush of air. My wife and Dauchsuand were startled badly. Knew I had lost a tire right away. Right front tire went and clean off the rim it blew so hard. Thankfully we were stopped! She was going to drive for a few hours and glad it happened there. Hour or so later road service had a new tire on and we decided to drive to their shop in Perry and replace the other 5.

Hope this bad luck stopped there! Expensive trip that was!
