Value of a 69 340 and trans

Can anyone give a reasonable value for a 69 x head 340 that needs rebuilt and no.s matching 4 spd trans? They have been setting for 20 years but I think they were preserved properly. Thanks.

Does it have the bell housing, fly wheel, and clutch?? Does the trans have a shifter? If not i would say 1,000 / 1,200.

Is it complete air cleaner to oil pan? Exhaust manifolds? Any pics?

if it was me i would tare it down a bit and take pics, check main bearings and such that way you know and your buyer knows what condition it is in then set a price. because its 99.9% they will rebuild it anyway

What is the VIN number on the passenger side above the oil pan rail? I have been looking since 1995 for my original set-up, even if it is close it would be more than I have now!
